About This Position

NOW HIRING: Donation Attendant Lead (Warehouse Production Lead) (Grapevine, TX)
Hourly Rate: Starts at $17.00 minimum - based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-time | Off Sundays & Mondays

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
12 months of experience in a warehouse, donation intake, or similar environment as a team lead or supervisor
12 months of experience driving a non-CDL box truck.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current car insurance
Previous nonprofit experience is a plus!

Job Duties (not an inclusive list):
As the Donation Attendant Lead, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our donation intake and warehouse operations running smoothly. You’ll lead by example, support your team, and help ensure donated goods are processed efficiently and delivered to our resale stores.

Production Responsibilities:
Sort, tag, and price donated items (clothing, household goods, toys, etc.)
Collaborate with management and team leads on daily/weekly action plans
Train and support production team members and volunteers
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production area
Monitor production quotas and assist in team development

Warehouse Responsibilities:
Deliver merchandise to resale stores (2+ times per week)
Ensure accurate and complete shipments
Maintain and inspect delivery vehicles; report maintenance needs
Organize seasonal and warehouse sales areas
Assist with register operations and general warehouse upkeep.

Note: This position requires the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs as a regular part of the job.
