We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Operations Specialist to join our team at Allegiance Flag Supply. As a Fulfillment Employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality American flags in a timely and accurate manner. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly contribute to our company's reputation for excellence.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm. No weekends!

Who you are:

- **High School Diploma or equivalent.** Additional education or vocational training is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail:** A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high product quality.
- **Physical Stamina:** Ability to stand, lift, and carry packages of varying weights on a regular basis.
- **Time Management:** Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- **Team Player:** Willingness to collaborate with coworkers to achieve common goals.
- **Reliability:** Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- **Adaptability:** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- **Problem-Solving:** Capacity to identify issues and troubleshoot challenges that may arise during the fulfillment process.

What you’ll do:

**Order Processing:** Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping based on customer requests and company standards.

- **Quality Control:** Conduct thorough quality checks on all products to ensure they meet our company's standards for craftsmanship and appearance.

- **Packaging:** Utilize appropriate packaging materials to safeguard products during transit, minimizing the risk of damage.

- **Attention to Detail:** Verify that orders are correctly assembled, including accurate item selection, quantities, and packaging details.

- **Organization:** Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow and safe working conditions.

- **Communication:** Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address any order-related issues, discrepancies, or special requests.

- **Efficiency:** Strive to meet or exceed daily order fulfillment targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

- **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and suggest improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with shipping procedures and methods.
- Knowledge of flag etiquette and American flag-related products is a plus.
