Program Manager – Miles for Seniors in El Dorado, Arkansas at Newhaven

The Program Manager will lead the implementation and day-to-day operations of the Miles for Seniors volunteer transportation program. This role is responsible for recruiting, training, and coordinating volunteer drivers; managing client service; ensuring compliance with grant requirements; and maintaining strong relationships with community partners.

This position is grant funded for 18 months.

The position requires a highly organized, community-oriented individual capable of managing logistics, people, and program growth in a rural service environment.
