Job Summary

Join a leading food and beverage manufacturer as a Case Packer Operator! This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring products are packaged accurately, efficiently, and meet quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Operate, monitor, and maintain case packing, forming, and sealing equipment
• Perform quality checks on labels, packaging, and finished goods to ensure accuracy
• Adjust machines and troubleshoot minor issues such as jams or misfeeds
• Assist with material replenishment and product changeovers to support production flow
• Complete basic production documentation and follow standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to food safety and company standards

What We're Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, bending, and crouching
• Previous manufacturing or food/beverage experience preferred
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and following strict safety protocols
