This role offers the opportunity to drive high-impact enterprise sales within the rapidly evolving global payments infrastructure space. You will be responsible for selling complex cross-border payments and banking solutions to fintechs, PSPs, and enterprise technology companies operating across the US market. The position combines strategic relationship building with deep technical and commercial sales execution across the full customer lifecycle. You will engage directly with senior stakeholders, including engineering leaders, finance executives, and C-level decision-makers, helping them design and implement scalable payment solutions. Working in a fast-paced, builder-style environment, you will have significant autonomy to shape your pipeline and sales strategy. The role requires both strong industry credibility and the ability to navigate complex technical and regulatory conversations. It is ideal for a senior sales professional who thrives in high-growth, infrastructure-focused fintech environments.
In this role, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle while driving new business growth and supporting the successful delivery of complex payment infrastructure solutions.
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, and implementation planning.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline by leveraging an established network within the US fintech and payments ecosystem.
- Conduct technical discovery conversations covering payment architecture, integration models, compliance, and treasury operations.
- Collaborate with internal product, compliance, and engineering teams to design tailored, technically viable client solutions.
- Structure commercial proposals, pricing models, and contract terms aligned with both client needs and business objectives.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales materials and pitches for technical and executive-level stakeholders.
- Support post-sale implementation by coordinating with onboarding and delivery teams to ensure successful client activation.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
The ideal candidate is a highly experienced enterprise sales professional with deep expertise in payments or fintech infrastructure and a strong ability to manage complex, technical sales cycles.
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience within payments, fintech, or banking infrastructure.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to independently generate and convert new business opportunities.
- Established US-based network across fintechs, PSPs, and payments ecosystem participants.
- Solid understanding of global payment rails such as SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FPS, and RTP.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and financial compliance frameworks including AML and KYC.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with the ability to engage in technical product discussions.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with confidence engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, and high-growth “builder” environments.
- Experience with stablecoins, embedded finance, or global settlement networks is a strong plus.
