  • Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, legal, and commercial teams to align messaging and strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, sales, or related commercial functions.
  • Strong experience in patient marketing, rare disease, or oncology environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in launching and commercializing pharmaceutical products.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute omnichannel marketing strategies across patient populations.
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets, and complex marketing programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, including FDA promotional guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong storytelling ability.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Benefits:

  • Stock options and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match
