You will act as a strategic advisor and solution architect, translating emerging AI technologies into measurable business value and enterprise-wide transformation outcomes. The position blends high-level strategy with hands-on architecture thinking, requiring deep expertise across AI ecosystems, cloud platforms, and enterprise operating models. You will lead executive-level engagements, define future-state architectures, and guide organizations through AI-driven reinvention of their workflows and customer experiences. Working closely with product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders, you will help shape scalable AI strategies that drive ROI and operational impact. This is a highly influential role in a fast-evolving environment where innovation, clarity, and execution intersect.
- Define and drive AI transformation strategies, translating emerging technologies such as generative AI and agentic systems into scalable enterprise solutions.
- Design target-state architectures and operating models that align AI capabilities with business goals, value streams, and organizational priorities.
- Lead discovery workshops and executive-level discussions to shape AI strategy, use cases, and transformation roadmaps.
- Evaluate and operationalize AI/LLM ecosystems, including platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, OpenAI, AWS, and Azure.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and delivery to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
- Identify, structure, and quantify business value, ROI, and performance outcomes for AI-driven initiatives.
- Contribute to enterprise architecture design, including capability models and integration strategies across platforms.
- Support governance, risk, and compliance considerations for AI adoption, particularly in regulated industries.
- Develop frameworks, thought leadership, and best practices to accelerate AI adoption at scale.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding decision-making in ambiguous and early-stage transformation initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation roles.
- Proven experience designing and scaling AI-driven or agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of AI/LLM ecosystems, including Salesforce, OpenAI, AWS, and Azure.
- Ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear business value, ROI, and measurable outcomes.
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, operating models, capability mapping, and transformation roadmaps.
- Experience leading executive-level workshops, strategic discussions, and cross-functional alignment sessions.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for senior audiences.
- Familiarity with AI governance, risk, ethics, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing strategic environments.
- Experience contributing to thought leadership, frameworks, or enterprise transformation methodologies is a plus.
