Accountabilities:
  • Plan, manage, and execute product development cycles using Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements aligned with business objectives and OKRs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of features and product enhancements
  • Prioritize backlog items, define sprint goals, and monitor progress while removing blockers
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and validation of new product ideas
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize product features and user experience
  • Track user behavior, build reports and dashboards, and leverage insights to improve product performance
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
  • Drive problem-solving initiatives and ensure timely resolution of product and operational challenges
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a web development environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum frameworks, and OKR-driven product management
  • Experience working with subscription-based products or platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with back-office tools, admin systems, and data-driven product environments
  • Technical understanding of development processes, tools, and terminology
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a remote, collaborative setting
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
