About This Position
Roofing and Exterior Remodeling Project Manager
$36 - $36 an hour
M&M is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to support and oversee exterior construction projects from start to completion. This role combines fieldwork, job site coordination, and direct homeowner interaction to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to M&Ms quality standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in the field, and committed to delivering a great customer experience.
Responsibilities & Skills- Perform repairs, callbacks, insulation work, and full exterior replacements as needed
- Install fascia, soffit, vinyl siding, James Hardie siding, shingles, gutters, and related materials
- Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools, including brakes and saws
- Load, locate, and transport materials to job sites; assist with warehouse operations as needed
- Learn and utilize company systems and processes, including Vertex, AccuLynx, and ProVia
- Collect customer payments when required
- Follow OSHA guidelines to ensure job sites are safe, clean, and organized
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with the Service Superintendent, team members, and homeowners
- Interact with customers professionally and courteously, providing confidence and peace of mind
- Complete assigned daily tasks efficiently and reliably
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
- Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, climbing, and ladder work
- Comfortable working at heights and safely on ladders and planks
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid drivers license
- Must speak English to effectively communicate with homeowners
- Prior construction or exterior installation experience preferred
- Must follow OSHA safety guidelines at all times
- Must not be afraid of heights
