About the role

Join our dynamic team! We're on the lookout for a fun, motivated, and customer-oriented individual to be part of our crew. As a customer service representative, you'll be the voice of our organization, providing excellent service to our members via phone, email, and chat. Come be a part of something exciting!

What you'll do

• Respond to member requests and questions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Resolve member issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to members via phone, email, and chat.
• Act with a sense of urgency to address member needs.
• Create positive and innovative solutions that enhance the member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Able to type 45 words per minute.
