The Opportunity

You will serve as a high-level strategic leader for Cherokee Fiber & Associates Inc., spearheading complex telecommunications projects across diverse sectors. This role empowers you to drive operational excellence while managing significant infrastructure builds that connect communities and businesses.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Direct the full project lifecycle from initial planning to final invoicing to ensure strict adherence to timelines.

  • Coordinate complex field logistics and material management to maintain optimal workflow and budget control.

  • Manage client relationships and communication to serve as the primary point of contact for project updates.

  • Execute detailed project mapping and red-line revisions to ensure technical accuracy and project transparency.

  • Review daily site progress and team performance to maintain the companys high standards of work ethics.

  • Implement rigorous safety protocols and project coordination strategies to mitigate real-time logistical risks.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 3 years of experience in project management or a Foreman related field leadership role.

  • Proven technical proficiency in mapping, red-lining/as builts, and comprehensive material management.

  • Strong computer skills and experience managing project documentation and high-volume invoicing.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

  • Solid track record of maintaining professional customer relations and managing stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Completion of advanced technical training or certifications specific to fiber optics and telecommunications.

  • Extensive field-based experience in fiber infrastructure or utility construction.

  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale government or federal infrastructure contracts.
