Working closely with operational leaders and business stakeholders, you will analyze key performance indicators, build reporting solutions, and identify trends that drive strategic improvements. - Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor operational performance and key business metrics
- Design and optimize SQL queries and reusable templates to support recurring reporting needs and Databricks-based workflows
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement within revenue cycle operations
- Validate data accuracy and ensure reporting outputs are reliable, consistent, and aligned with business expectations
- Manage both ad-hoc and recurring reporting requests for operational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide actionable insights based on historical and real-time data analysis to support decision-making
- Collaborate with business partners to translate operational needs into technical reporting and analytics solutions
- Support training initiatives by educating teams on tools such as Excel, SQL, and Databricks
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data or reporting issues in a timely and effective manner
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in analytics, business, healthcare, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
- Strong expertise in SQL, including intermediate to advanced query development (CTEs, temp tables, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and data visualization techniques
- Experience working with Databricks or similar data platforms
- Exposure to healthcare revenue cycle processes is highly preferred
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across operational and technical teams
- Competitive salary range: $84,000 – $144,900 based on experience
