Working across DTC, retail, and brand channels, you’ll lead end-to-end campaign delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from concept development to execution, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong market impact
- Translate brand strategy into actionable marketing plans, including campaigns, content, and channel-specific initiatives
- Build and manage comprehensive marketing calendars across DTC, retail, and brand channels
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key commercial moments
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams (growth, social, creative) to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns
- Ensure alignment across all marketing activities, maintaining consistency in messaging, positioning, and execution
- Drive performance by prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable commercial results
- Act as a project lead, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are consistently met
- Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager, Senior Brand Manager, or similar role within FMCG or consumer-focused industries
- Strong track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns with measurable business impact
- Ability to translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable plans and execution roadmaps
- Solid understanding of go-to-market planning, campaign development, and multi-channel marketing strategies
- Experience working across both brand and performance channels, ideally including DTC and retail environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working independently and quickly adapting to new brands or project environments
- Competitive day rate (£400–£475) based on experience and project scope
- Flexible, part-time freelance arrangement (2+ days per week)
