This role is focused on leading capital installation and specialized logistics projects that directly support healthcare supply chain operations and product deployment initiatives. You will coordinate end-to-end project execution, ensuring that installations, deliveries, and customer-specific requirements are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The position requires close collaboration with sales teams, vendors, service departments, and internal operations groups to resolve complex logistical challenges and maintain seamless execution. You will also play a key role in supporting sales effectiveness by providing technical and logistical expertise that strengthens customer relationships. Acting as a central liaison between customers, internal teams, and field operations, you will help ensure high-quality delivery across all projects. This is a fast-paced, field-oriented role with significant travel and direct impact on operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and coordinate capital installation projects, ensuring successful execution of specialized orders, deliveries, and customer implementations.
- Develop project goals, timelines, budgets, and resource plans while monitoring progress to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product divisions, service teams, and logistics partners.
- Serve as a key liaison between customers, sales representatives, installation teams, and corporate stakeholders.
- Support sales teams by resolving logistics challenges such as vendor coordination, expedited deliveries, freight issues, and order tracking.
- Prepare and present project plans, financial analyses, and cost-benefit evaluations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel extensively to support field execution and ensure alignment across all project participants.
- Provide input on process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, product management, operations, or clinical environments.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to solve logistical and operational challenges in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Experience in healthcare, logistics, or supply chain environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support both internal teams and external clients.
- Competitive annual salary range: $73,000 – $110,000, depending on experience and location.
