Job Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and client-focused Client Care Specialist to oversee the check-in and check-out processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure the satisfaction of our clients. As the point of contact between pet parents and our facility, your primary responsibilities will include efficient handling of reservations, meticulous record-keeping, and dedicated efforts to guarantee the happiness of both clients and their beloved animals. Your responsibilities will include providing a warm and inviting atmosphere, managing reservations, and serving as a crucial link between our clients and our exceptional pet care services.

Responsibilities:

• Extend a warm welcome to our clients, ensuring a positive and inviting atmosphere.
• Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures, showcasing your exceptional customer service skills.
• Provide detailed information on our services, rates, and any ongoing promotions.
• Handle reservations through various channels, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain detailed records of reservations, including special requests and accommodations.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand and address their specific needs and concerns.
• Actively participate in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all pets.
• Address and resolve client inquiries regarding their pet's well-being promptly.
• Provide new clients with a comprehensive orientation, explaining our routines and services.
• Offer insights into pet care, grooming services, and additional offerings to enhance the overall experience for our clients.
• Demonstrate our commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for their pets.
• Clerical duties such as maintaining client files, processing payments, and updating contact information.
• Additional duties as assigned.
