About the Role

The Process Technician position focuses on supporting solar module manufacturing operations. This entry-level role includes full training and involves assisting with maintaining stable production processes, identifying operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or Associate degree (technical background is a plus)
  • No prior solar experience required— manufacturing experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry, etc.)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
  • Good attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to shift schedules if needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments
  • Basic mechanical or hands-on skills
  • Familiarity with quality inspection or production processes

Responsibilities:

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform daily production tasks
  • Monitor production processes and report any abnormalities (e.g., defects, equipment issues)
  • Assist Engineers in troubleshooting and basic process adjustments
  • Record production data and complete reports accurately
  • Perform basic visual inspections (e.g., appearance, simple defect identification)
  • Support equipment checks and routine maintenance activities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S)
  • Participate in training programs and continuously learn new skills
