- Source, evaluate, and execute strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships.
- Lead deal execution from start to finish, including developing investment theses, financial modeling, diligence, and documentation review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to assess targets, conduct market research, and analyze competitive landscapes.
- Support post-close integration and high-priority initiatives to expand product capabilities and accelerate growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry players, emerging startups, and investors to stay ahead of market trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations that guide strategic decision-making and enhance organizational growth.
- 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, finance, or a similar role with live M&A transaction exposure.
- Strong understanding of business models, valuation methodologies (DCF, multiples, unit economics), and M&A financial modeling.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Deep curiosity about technology, SaaS, and AI-driven business trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex concepts for varied audiences.

- Competitive cash compensation: $118,500 – $189,600 USD annually, with eligibility for annual bonuses and equity participation (RSUs).
