Lead Residential Hardscape and Construction Create Inspiring Outdoor Environments

• Salary/Pay Rate: $18 to $21 per hour (Based on experience) plus Year-End Bonus.

• Location: Residential Projects (Onsite) - Lowville, NY

• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

• Schedule: Monday Friday, Overtime available.

• Project Scope: Residential Landscaping / Hardscaping

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.

You will be an essential part of a team that transforms residential properties into stunning, functional outdoor spaces. This role offers the chance to build diverse projects from the ground up while developing specialized skills in hardscaping and general construction. • Execute excavation and foundation tasks to prepare residential sites for structural builds.

• Construct outdoor structures by assisting with framing, siding, and remodeling phases.

• Operate specialized construction equipment and tools with high efficiency and safety.

• Collaborate with crew leaders to ensure every installation meets strict quality standards.

• Maintain a safe and organized job site to promote professional workflow and site transparency.

• Deliver high-quality workmanship that aligns with the specific design visions of our clients.

• Possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record for daily operations.

• Maintain reliable transportation to the shop for all daily work assignments.

• Demonstrate the physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in diverse weather conditions.

• Exhibit a strong work ethic and the ability to follow technical directions accurately.

• Commit to working effectively within a team-oriented field environment.

• Previous experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or general outdoor construction.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Familiarity with residential remodeling, including basic framing or siding knowledge.
