What You'll Need:
As a Field Sales Executive for Brazil, you will play a critical role in developing new business and expanding and strengthening Getty Images’ presence across the Corporate, Agency, and Production segments.
You will partner with Brazil’s leading creative agencies, production companies, and corporate marketing teams—organizations that demand high-quality visuals, operate with tight timelines, and expect strategic value.
This is a strategic, relationship‑driven sales role suited for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, competitive environment. You will manage a mix of existing accounts and new business development, acting as a trusted advisor who helps clients unlock the full value of Getty Images' solutions.
Your Next Challenge:- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of clients across corporate brands, advertising agencies, and production companies.
- Map account structures, identify new stakeholders, and expand relationships across creative, production, procurement, and marketing teams.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients' content pipelines, creative workflows, and business objectives.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across stock content, custom content, editorial assets, and AI-powered tools.
- Proactively pursue new business opportunities, especially within fast-growing agencies, emerging production houses, and innovative corporate brands.
- Maintain a consistent rhythm of outreach and client engagement, targeting 25+ discovery or solution-oriented meetings per month.
- Deliver impactful virtual and in-person presentations tailored to each client segment.
- Guide clients through the full Getty Images ecosystem, positioning the company as a strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor.
- Build customized proposals aligned with client budgets, campaign timelines, and industry-specific needs (e.g., retail, tech, finance, entertainment, lifestyle).
- Lead pricing, renewal, negotiation, and conversations with confidence and clarity.
- Use Salesforce daily to manage your pipeline, update account information, and track meeting activity.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and communicate progress on active opportunities and long-term growth plans.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across Legal, Product, Content, and Marketing to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Stay informed on trends in content creation, licensing, AI innovation, and regional market dynamics.
- Share insights, learnings, and winning approaches to strengthen the LATAM sales team.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling media, content licensing, SaaS, creative services, or marketing solutions.
- Experience working with international companies or multicultural environments.
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian creative, corporate, and production ecosystem, especially within mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities across creative directors, producers, account managers, brand teams, and procurement.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach (or equivalents).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtually and in person.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to navigate value-sensitive environments, providing consultative solutions that balance creativity, impact, and budget considerations.
