  • Develop and execute a high-volume content calendar, including video editing, copywriting, visual design coordination, and campaign planning
  • Create and adapt content from blogs, webinars, product updates, and internal initiatives into engaging social-first formats
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer and partnership opportunities, including outreach, contracts, and performance tracking
  • Plan and execute social campaigns, contests, giveaways, and paid boosting strategies to increase reach and generate leads
  • Monitor social trends and create timely, relevant content that drives engagement and brand visibility
  • Engage actively with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and product-related discussions
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, Product Marketing, and Community teams to align messaging and campaigns
  • Track, analyze, and report on social performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategy and growth outcomes
  • Travel occasionally to events and trade shows to capture real-time content and strengthen brand storytelling
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within a fast-paced B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of growing social media channels and managing content strategy across multiple platforms
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and digital collaborations (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong video content creation and editing skills, with a strong understanding of short-form and platform-native content
  • Demonstrated ability to run independent social campaigns and content strategies from concept to execution
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, performance tracking, and growth optimization strategies
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability, humor, and attention to detail
  • Comfort appearing on camera and representing a brand publicly when needed
  • Familiarity or strong interest in construction, roofing, or trade industries is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience using tools like Asana or Notion
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of CAD 90,000–100,000
  • Fully remote-first work environment across Canada
  • Flexible time off, including monthly days off and a holiday shutdown period
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits (including employer-covered premiums in Canada)
  • RRSP/401(k) matching program
