About This Position
Pepin Distributing is seeking a highly motivated Brand Lead (FMB+ & Craft) to drive execution and performance across a key segment of our portfolio.
This role is responsible for aligning supplier priorities, sales execution, inventory readiness, and in-market activation, while leveraging data and insights to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities. This is a hands-on, in-market leadership role designed for someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and consistently delivers high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supplier Leadership & Partnership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers
- Lead proactive communication on priorities, incentives, and programming
- Translate supplier strategies into actionable plans
Sales Alignment & Market Execution
- Communicate supplier priorities to sales teams
- In Market Sales Calls with and without Sales Reps
- Support execution through tools and program guidance
Inventory Coordination & Readiness
- Ensure product availability aligns with programming
- Identify and communicate risks proactively
Activation Execution & In-Market Presence
- Execute activations and manage logistics
- Conduct field visits and audits
Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Analyze sales data and KPIs
- Provide actionable insights and recaps
Cross-Functional Coordination

• Support launches, resets, and initiatives and pricing
