This senior leadership role sits at the center of enterprise technology transformation, acting as the operational and strategic engine for a large-scale technology organization. The position bridges executive vision with execution by driving operating model maturity, governance, and delivery of critical cross-functional initiatives. You will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment between technology strategy and business priorities while enabling faster, more efficient, and more scalable execution. The role also oversees enterprise program management, financial tracking, and performance measurement across major strategic initiatives. In this highly visible position, you will help shape the evolution of technology from a support function into a strategic business partner. It is ideal for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, drives operational excellence, and builds structure in fast-moving environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the Enterprise Technology Program Management Office (PMO), overseeing cross-functional initiatives and ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution across business units.
  • Develop and manage enterprise operating rhythms, including monthly business reviews, KPI tracking, and executive reporting on performance, spend, and delivery outcomes.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define, maintain, and evolve the enterprise technology roadmap aligned with strategic business priorities.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders, fostering trust, transparency, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee financial planning and operational tracking for the technology organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Drive organizational alignment around AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and business impact.
  • Lead culture and organizational maturity initiatives, helping evolve the technology function into a proactive, business-aligned partner.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or technical program management within large-scale enterprise technology environments.
  • Proven experience building and scaling PMO functions, managing complex portfolios, and overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Strong ability to translate strategic vision into actionable execution plans with clear milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working across complex global or multi-functional environments such as supply chain, HR, finance, or manufacturing systems.
  • Excellent executive communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, forecasting, and KPIs to drive operational decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and drive transformation from reactive to structured, scalable operations.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, enterprise technology ecosystems, and operational governance.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation in enterprise workflows is highly desirable.

Benefits:

  • Annual salary range: $195,450 – $282,850 USD.
  • Equity awards and eligibility for Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous paid time off and flexible leave policies.
  • Parental leave support up to 18 weeks, including fertility and adoption assistance.
  • Retirement plan (401k) with additional financial support programs (tuition reimbursement, student loan paydown).
  • Mental health and wellness benefits, including access to support services.
  • Employee discounts on products, apparel, and digital services.
  • Commuter benefits, childcare support, and family care discounts.
  • Inclusive, innovation-driven environment focused on continuous improvement and impact.
