What Youll Be Doing:
  • Knock out service requests and apartment turns efficiently
  • Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
  • Handle painting, carpentry, and general repairs
  • Keep the property looking sharp with preventative maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
What We Need From You:
  • 1+ year of maintenance experience (apartment or facility preferred)
  • Skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, appliances, etc.
  • EPA / HVAC / CPO certifications = a big plus
  • Valid drivers license + reliable transportation
  • Availability for on-call rotation (1 week every 3 weeks)
