This role sits within a fast-paced enterprise technology environment supporting large-scale, mission-critical systems that power global business operations. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions, building robust integrations, and ensuring the reliability of enterprise applications and infrastructure. The position blends hands-on engineering with architectural ownership, requiring deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of ERP ecosystems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable integration solutions, improve system performance, and support continuous innovation across business technology platforms. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences operational efficiency, data flow, and enterprise system reliability across a globally distributed organization.
In this role, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise integration systems while ensuring stability, scalability, and performance across critical business applications.
- Architect, build, and maintain integrations and microservices using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions across ERP modules including Finance, Procurement, Planning, and Analytics
- Develop, enhance, and optimize BIP reports, SQL queries, and PL/SQL scripts for performance and reliability
- Support full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, deployment, and post-production support
- Manage application infrastructure across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including compute, storage, IAM, and related services
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and related DevOps tools
- Ensure secure data handling through protocols such as OAuth, SSH, SFTP, PGP, and HTTPS
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Document system designs, runbooks, and operational processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members while supporting multiple concurrent initiatives
The ideal candidate brings strong backend engineering expertise, deep Oracle ecosystem knowledge, and the ability to design scalable integration solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering using languages such as Java, Python, or TypeScript
- Strong experience with Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Planning, Analytics, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle PaaS, and ERP Cloud integrations
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and integration governance practices
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL and PL/SQL optimization
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including compute, storage, and IAM services
- Experience in designing secure data flows and working with authentication and encryption standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and configuration management tools (Chef) is a plus
- Familiarity with AI/automation use cases in enterprise systems is an added advantage
