Job Description

Event & Account Coordinator

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Event & Account Coordinator in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of virtual event execution and client account coordination, supporting high-impact educational programs in the healthcare and eyecare space. You will play a key part in delivering large-scale webinars, summits, and accredited learning experiences while ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, speakers, and sponsor partners. The position requires strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced digital environment. You will oversee event setup, speaker logistics, and sponsor deliverables while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. In parallel, you will act as a primary liaison for sponsors, supporting communication, asset tracking, and reporting. This is a highly dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys operational execution, client interaction, and end-to-end event coordination in a mission-driven, remote-first environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Support end-to-end virtual event execution, including building event pages, configuring registration platforms, and setting up interactive features such as polling, CE/CME hubs, and attendee tools.
  • Coordinate speaker logistics, including collecting materials, managing CE/CME documentation, submitting accreditation paperwork, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for sponsor partners, managing deliverables, tracking assets, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Assist with onboarding sponsors and maintaining accurate tracking of commitments, deliverables, and communications across internal systems.
  • Support live event operations, including troubleshooting attendee issues, managing chat support tools, coordinating livestream needs, and assisting during event execution.
  • Compile post-event reporting, including engagement metrics, attendance data, CE completion tracking, and sponsor performance summaries.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, client services, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of event workflows.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, account coordination, project management, or a similar operational role.
  • Experience supporting virtual or hybrid events, ideally in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and concurrent projects effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with clients, sponsors, speakers, and internal teams.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, documentation, and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and digital collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in a remote-first, fast-paced environment with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend event support.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare, medical education, or CE/CME-accredited programming, along with exposure to tools like HubSpot or CMS platforms.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $45,000–$55,000 per year.
  • Fully remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • Exposure to large-scale healthcare education events and accredited learning programs.
  • Opportunity to grow across both event production and client/account management functions.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teamwork.
  • Access to modern digital tools, event technologies, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Career development opportunities within a growing virtual events portfolio.
