Data Reporting Lead

Location: Lowell, MI (In-Office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, depending on meetings)
Compensation: ~$50,000 total compensation (Base: $700/week)

About the Role

All Weather Seal of West Michigan is seeking a Data Reporting Lead to take ownership of reporting, analytics, and data visibility across the business. This role is critical to how decisions are made—providing accurate, timely, and actionable insights that impact operations, sales, and leadership strategy.

This is a highly independent role for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and problem-solving. You will work closely with leadership while owning reporting execution from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage company-wide reporting across departments
• Build, maintain, and optimize reports within our CRM and internal systems
• Manage lead aggregation and reporting accuracy across channels
• Analyze data trends and provide insights to support decision-making
• Fulfill reporting requests from leadership with speed and accuracy
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies in reporting and implement improvements
• Oversee and support 1–2 data interns (as applicable)
• Ensure data integrity, organization, and accessibility across systems

First 90 Days – What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days:

• Learn internal CRM and reporting structure
• Understand department-specific reporting needs
• Take ownership of lead aggregation and reporting processes

60–90 Days:

• Independently manage reporting requests and deliverables
• Improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
• Begin identifying opportunities for process and data optimization

What We’re Looking For

• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data organization, reporting)
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and consistency

Preferred Background

• Experience in data reporting, analytics, or a similar role
• Some college coursework (or currently enrolled) OR relevant hands-on experience
• Strong familiarity with Excel and reporting tools
