Accountabilities:- Manage daily accounting operations for assigned entities, including cash management and general ledger activities
- Prepare and post journal entries to support accurate monthly financial statement generation
- Perform bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of variances
- Analyze financial reports, identify trends or anomalies, and communicate findings to management
- Support month-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements and supporting documentation
- Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts, accounts receivable, and fixed assets
- Conduct inventory reviews and ensure accurate accounting treatment of variances
- Assist with payroll and benefits accounting, including analysis of fluctuations and reporting
- Facilitate cash flow management and distribution activities across assigned entities
- Provide guidance and training to operational teams on financial best practices and process improvements
- Participate in audits, compliance checks, and special financial analysis projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Entry-level to early-career experience in accounting; public accounting or industry experience is a plus
- Exposure to healthcare or multi-entity environments is advantageous
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
