• Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and analytic solutions across diverse datasets
• Perform feature engineering, algorithm selection, and model training to solve complex business problems
• Create documentation and reports for stakeholders, communicating model results and insights effectively
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business units to deliver actionable data science solutions
• Conduct rigorous QA, validation, and analysis to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability of models
• Provide technical leadership on projects, mentoring junior data scientists and guiding best practices
• Support research initiatives and contribute to the development of innovative analytic techniques

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics roles
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, pattern recognition, and data mining
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and big data tools such as Hadoop, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, PostgreSQL, Neo4j, and AutoML platforms
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and cloud-based analytics environments
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership on projects
• Experience in the real estate, mortgage, or property data domain is a plus; patents or publications in data science are desirable
