You will also collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to maximize pipeline creation and deal conversion. Travel across North America and participation in industry events will support your efforts to build key client relationships and elevate market presence.
- Drive all revenue generation and quota attainment across North America, maintaining ownership of pipeline coverage and deal progression
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team to consistently win complex enterprise deals
- Lead executive-level negotiations and strategic engagements with high-value clients
- Ensure rigorous forecasting, pipeline discipline, and adherence to qualification standards
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to generate and convert high-quality leads
- Recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent while mentoring and coaching team members
- Maintain executive relationships with senior stakeholders and provide clear visibility into regional sales performance
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling to enterprise customers, ideally in fintech, compliance, fraud prevention, or data infrastructure
- 2+ years of experience building and leading sales teams with proven success in exceeding revenue targets
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive outcomes and hold self and team accountable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate high-performing sales talent
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance, and ambiguous environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with Salt Lake City residency and right to work in the USA
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
