This role is a pivotal contributor to large-scale Warehouse Management System (WMS) initiatives, supporting the planning, rollout, and integration of supply chain technology across multiple locations. You will bridge business operations and IT, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions and ensuring seamless system adoption. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data flows, and providing strategic insights to optimize warehouse operations. With frequent travel across the United States, you will play a hands-on role in deployment, training, and stakeholder engagement. This role demands a strong blend of analytical skills, technical expertise, and communication capabilities to drive efficiency and value across the organization. - Lead business analysis efforts for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for system implementations
- Drive end-to-end WMS rollout activities, from design and configuration to testing, deployment, and adoption
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Configuration, and Business Operations teams to ensure successful project execution
- Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, managing expectations and providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyze complex business challenges, delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
- Ensure smooth integration of WMS with other enterprise systems such as CRM, Order Management, TMS, Procurement, and Finance
- 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and warehouse operations
- Proven experience in system integrations and data flow management across enterprise applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting large-scale system rollouts, implementations, and WMS adoption initiatives
- Willingness to travel frequently within the United States
