About This Position

About Us
We're an AI-driven SaaS automation provider for corporate finance that automates back-office business processes involving tasks, analytics, and responses in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. By leveraging natural language processing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, based on proprietary small language models and commercial LLMs, Auditoria removes friction and repetition from mundane tasks while automating complex functions and providing real-time visibility into cash performance. Corporate finance and accounting teams use Auditoria to accelerate business value while minimizing heavy IT involvement, improving business resilience, lowering attrition, and accelerating business insights.
Founded in 2019 and backed by KPMG, Workday Ventures, Dell Technologies, Venrock, Innovius Capital, Sentinel Global, NeoTribe Ventures, Engineering Capital, and Firebolt Ventures, we build AI Team Mates that drive intelligent automation by combining fine-grained analytical orchestration of a company's typical financial and audit workflows with conversational AI, delivering rapid value to the finance/audit back office.
We've received numerous awards including:
  • Best AI-Powered Financial Automation Solution of 2026 by Acquisition International Magazine’s Global Excellence Awards.

About the RoleWe're building the next generation of the Auditoria platform and there is a lot of surface area to cover. As a Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus, you'll own a significant portion of the UI layer powering our AI-driven finance automation platform, while having enough backend fluency to unblock yourself when needed.
This isn't a role where the frontend is an afterthought. The full scope of what needs a great UI is substantial: workflow builders, action libraries, observability dashboards, low-code tooling, data type management, and more. You'll be deeply involved in shaping how enterprise finance teams interact with sophisticated AI/ML systems translating complex capabilities into polished, intuitive interfaces that users actually love.
We're looking for someone hungry to own their work end-to-end, collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineers, and move fast without sacrificing quality. What matters most is your frontend depth, backend range, and drive to build.
Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend (Primary 70%)
  • Build and maintain a scalable, enterprise-grade design system and component library using React and TypeScript
  • Develop rich, interactive UIs for core platform surfaces, including:
    • Workflow creation: low-code builders, auto-complete, agent flow visualization, and more
    • Action definitions: creation, discovery, and installation from a library
    • Testing, logging, and observability: dashboards and tooling for monitoring AI agent behavior
    • Data type management: resolvers, masking, references within workflows and actions
  • Translate high-fidelity design mockups into polished, production-ready components with strong attention to detail: loaders, empty states, micro-interactions, and motion
  • Build AI-powered "SmartBot" interfaces that surface intelligent automation for AP/AR, vendor management, procurement controls, and inbox triage for the Office of the CFO
  • Champion frontend quality, maintainability, and performance across the team

Backend (Supporting 30%)
  • Expose and consume REST endpoints and integrate with internal APIs to support frontend features
  • Collaborate with backend engineers on data contracts, API design, and integration points
  • Unblock yourself on backend tasks: debugging, light service work, or wiring up new resources without needing to hand off for every integration

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a clear frontend-heavy track record (3+ years considered for candidates with strong internship or co-op experience)
  • Deep proficiency in React and TypeScript, including component architecture, state management, and performance optimization
  • Experience building or contributing to design systems, including theming, tokenization, and reusable component patterns
  • Comfortable working with REST APIs (reading, writing, and debugging integrations on both sides of the stack)
  • Strong ownership mentality with a demonstrated history of driving features from design to production
  • Collaborative by nature (you work closely with designers, PMs, and engineers and leave things better than you found them)
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, as we are unable to sponsor or transfer visas for this position

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with low-code or workflow builder UIs (node-based editors, drag-and-drop frameworks, visual DAG tools, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI-powered or ML-integrated products, and comfort surfacing complex backend data in intuitive UI patterns
  • Background in FinTech, B2B SaaS, or enterprise finance environments
  • Exposure to observability or developer tooling products (logging UIs, monitoring dashboards, etc.)
  • Some experience with Python or backend services (FastAPI, Node.js, etc.)

Benefits & Perks
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Early-stage equity options
  • Comprehensive health and medical benefits
  • Generous PTO policy
  • Flexible work environment
  • Opportunity to shape the future of AI in enterprise finance
  • Collaborative, innovation-driven culture

Auditoria.AI is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We welcome candidates of all backgrounds passionate about combining cutting-edge AI with practical business solutions.
Please no third party recruitment agencies/vendors at this time, thank you.
