DESCRIPTION:

Visual Sound is seeking an Installation Manager for our Corporate Office in Broomall, PA . This role is responsible for overseeing the scheduling, coordination, and execution of all installation projects. They will play a critical role in ensuring that installations are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest level of customer satisfaction.

In addition to managing our Installers in PA, MD, and CA, the Installation Manager will also be working in the field installing and training the install teams. This role requires collaboration with the Engineers, Project Managers, Commissioners, Programmers, and Service Department as necessary. At times, travel outside of the Broomall/Harrisburg/Maryland/California markets may be required, including overnight stays and night shift work.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day installation operations and managing install teams
• Coordinating schedules, project timelines, and resource allocation
• Creating and writing standards expected for all Visual Sound installations from planning stage to sign-off
• Serving as the main point of contact for project-related issues
• Ensuring installations meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and field staff to resolve challenges
• Monitoring progress, tracking budgets, and reporting to senior leadership

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience managing installation teams or projects in technology, construction, or related fields
• CTS certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and strong presentation skills.
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-sufficient, self-motivated, reliable, and punctual.
• Self-starter with ability to maximize efforts daily, without daily supervision.
• Professional demeanor and good people skills.
