This role focuses on driving growth for specialized structural engineering and construction solutions, with a strong emphasis on strengthening and repair services for existing infrastructure. You will be responsible for developing new client relationships while expanding engagement with established partners across the commercial and infrastructure sectors. Operating in a highly technical, consultative sales environment, you will collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to shape tailored solutions for complex construction challenges. The position combines strategic business development with hands-on market engagement, including direct interaction with engineers, contractors, and asset owners. It is ideal for someone who thrives in long sales cycles, technical discussions, and relationship-driven growth. You will play a key role in expanding market presence and supporting mission-critical infrastructure projects across the Texas region.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and expand client relationships across the commercial construction and infrastructure market, focusing on structural strengthening and repair solutions.
  • Support sales efforts for high-value engineered projects, working closely with technical and operations teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Deliver presentations to prospective clients, explaining technical capabilities and following up on feedback and inquiries.
  • Manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, bid packages, and project documentation for structural strengthening projects.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, pre-bid sessions, and project review discussions to support deal progression.
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to develop lead generation strategies and expand the contact database.
  • Identify new business opportunities from industry relationships, networking events, and market intelligence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in business, engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, engineering services, or technical/industrial products.
  • Strong knowledge of the Texas commercial construction market, including contractors, engineers, architects, and property stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets using CRM systems and structured sales processes.
  • Ability to manage complex, long-cycle, consultative sales involving engineered solutions and technical discussions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently across a large territory.
Benefits
  • Competitive full-time compensation package aligned with experience
  • Remote role with significant regional travel exposure (70–80%)
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure and structural engineering projects
  • Strong technical support from engineering and operations teams
  • Career growth within a specialized, engineering-driven organization
  • Collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on innovation and problem-solving
  • Exposure to complex, large-scale commercial and infrastructure markets
  • Mission-driven culture focused on extending the life and safety of critical structures.
