Talent Acquisition Manager

In this role, you will play a strategic part in shaping how talent is attracted, assessed, and hired within a fast-growing, global, and mission-driven environment focused on wellbeing and workplace transformation. You will act as a key partner to business leaders, People teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring hiring strategies are aligned with organizational goals and culture. Accountabilities

In this position, you will be responsible for leading recruitment strategy and execution while ensuring alignment with business priorities and cultural values. You will:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and People teams to define hiring needs and strategies
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve talent quality and diversity
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and use data insights to optimize hiring processes and outcomes
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all stages of recruitment
  • Manage ATS workflows and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and SLAs
  • Strengthen the employer value proposition through consistent candidate experience
  • Support workforce planning and align hiring needs with compensation and business strategy
  • Monitor market trends and competitor practices to enhance talent attraction strategies
Requirements

You should bring strong experience in talent acquisition leadership, combined with analytical and strategic thinking. Expected qualifications include:

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership responsibilities
  • Proven experience leading recruitment teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong background in full-cycle recruitment for technical and/or non-technical roles
  • Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
  • Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and pipeline management
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and hiring forecasting
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor to leadership
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Solid understanding of market trends and hiring best practices
