Job Description

CAS District Manager (PNW)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a CAS District Manager (PNW) in United States.

This role is a high-impact field leadership position within the medical technology space, responsible for driving growth and market development across a multi-state territory in the Pacific Northwest. You will lead and develop a regional sales team focused on cardiac ablation solutions, ensuring strong execution of commercial strategies and achievement of revenue and procedural goals. Operating in a dynamic, customer-facing environment, you will work closely with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders to expand adoption of innovative technologies that improve patient outcomes. The role combines strategic planning, hands-on field coaching, and business management across a complex medical device portfolio. You will also play a key role in shaping customer relationships, supporting product launches, and strengthening market presence. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant travel, autonomy, and influence over regional performance and growth.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for leading regional commercial execution, driving sales performance, and developing a high-performing field team within a complex healthcare market.

  • Lead and execute regional sales strategy for cardiac ablation solutions, ensuring alignment with broader commercial objectives and business priorities.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a field sales team, providing ongoing training, performance feedback, and career development support.
  • Drive market growth by identifying opportunities, expanding customer adoption, and strengthening penetration in key patient and provider segments.
  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, inventory management, and sales performance tracking to ensure operational and financial effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders to support long-term customer engagement and business growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and sales teams to support product launches and optimize commercial execution.
Requirements

This role requires strong medical sales leadership experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, regulated healthcare environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in life sciences, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in medical device sales, healthcare sales, or clinical marketing.
  • Prior experience in sales management, market development, or leading field-based teams is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare customers, clinical environments, and medical technology products.
  • Proven ability to develop customer relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills with experience managing performance and developing talent.
  • Ability to travel extensively (approximately 60%–70%) across a multi-state territory.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary (approximately $135,000 annual base for U.S. locations)
  • Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) with significant variable compensation opportunities
  • Long-term incentive eligibility, including annual equity or bonus programs
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement benefits including 401(k) with employer contribution and matching
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible leave policies
  • Employee stock purchase plan and additional financial wellness programs
  • Tuition assistance and professional development support
  • Life, disability, and supplemental insurance options
  • Employee assistance and well-being programs
