About the Role:

As an Automotive Technician at Infiniti of Mobile, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will directly impact the dealership's reputation by delivering high-quality service and timely diagnostics. You will work closely with service advisors and other team members to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform routine maintenance, and execute complex repairs. This role requires a commitment to continuous learning to stay current with the latest automotive technologies and Infiniti-specific systems. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or equivalent technical certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with luxury or Infiniti vehicles.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate vehicles safely.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a dealership environment, specifically with Infiniti or Nissan vehicles.
• Advanced certifications in hybrid or electric vehicle systems.
• Familiarity with Infiniti factory diagnostic tools and software.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Infiniti vehicles, including engine, transmission, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks to ensure vehicle longevity and performance.
• Utilize computerized diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service manuals to identify and resolve vehicle issues accurately.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors to provide detailed information on vehicle conditions, repair options, and estimated timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols and dealership standards.
