Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a crew of painters on job sites, ensuring efficiency and quality workmanship.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming as necessary.
• Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and client standards.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure expectations are met.
• Train and mentor junior painters to help them develop their skills.
• Complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality results.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate in our methods.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and coatings application.
• Leadership: Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to producing high-quality, professional results.
• Safety-Oriented: Understanding of workplace safety procedures, including fall protection and hazardous material handling.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work on ladders or lifts when necessary.
• License: No special licenses required.
• Must provide your own basic tools.
