Key Accountabilities of this position include:
- Production Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules based on customer demand and inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products.Resource Management: Coordinate with various departments, including purchasing, production, and logistics, to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for production.Monitoring Production Processes: Oversee the production process to identify and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.Inventory Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring material supply flow and identifying any shortages or bottlenecks.Data Analysis: Analyze production data and generate reports on production metrics, such as efficiency and utilization, to inform decision-making.Collaboration: Work closely with production managers and other stakeholders to align production plans with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Experience in battery, automotive, or electronics manufacturing environment.Ability to work in a bilingual environment (Korean/English).
