Front Desk Clerk/Night Audit at LIVINN HOTELS LTD – Maplewood, Minnesota

Schedule: Thursday – Sunday, Part-Time
Shifts: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay: $16.00 per hour, shift differential for overnight

We are looking for a reliable, customer-service-focused Part-Time Front Desk Clerk / Night Auditor to join our team. This role supports hotel operations during evening and overnight hours while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, stay, and check-out
• Answer phones and handle guest inquiries professionally
• Balance cash drawer and process guest payments
• Complete night audit duties during overnight shifts
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area
• Monitor property security and report incidents as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to pass a Kari Koskinen background check
