Let’s cut to the chase: this isn’t a “get coffee and make copies” gig. The Marketing Apprentice is a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up role embedded directly alongside the Marketing Director. You’ll learn the full spectrum of automotive dealership marketing—from SEO strategy and AI-powered content creation to social media trends and graphic design—by actually doing the work, not just watching someone else do it. Think of this as a paid masterclass in modern marketing with real campaigns, real deadlines, and real results.

We’re looking for someone who gets genuinely excited about a killer analytics dashboard, who notices when a font pairing is off, and who can explain why a certain TikTok trend would (or wouldn’t) work for an automotive audience. You bring the curiosity, hustle, and critical thinking—we’ll bring the mentorship, tools, and a clear growth path that could lead all the way to a director-level seat.

• Support day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Assist with website updates, content creation, and SEO efforts
• Help design marketing materials and maintain brand consistency
• Create and schedule social media content across platforms
• Capture photo and video content for dealership marketing
• Utilize AI tools to support content creation and research
• Track and report on campaign and social media performance
• Assist with events, promotions, and general marketing operations

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Interest in marketing, social media, and digital trends
• Basic experience or familiarity with content creation, design, or analytics (preferred, not required)
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think critically and contribute ideas
