Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronic Test Technician to test, troubleshoot, and validate radio frequency (RF) power supplies and matching networks. The ideal candidate possesses a strong electronics background, hands-on RF experience, and the ability to operate precision test equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Test, troubleshoot, and validate RF power supplies and matching networks to defined performance specifications
- Set up, calibrate, and operate test equipment, including:
- Oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and power meters
- Network and spectrum analyzers
- SWR bridges and other RF diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions
- Make electrical and water connections required for system-level testing
- Accurately document test results and collaborate with engineering staff to investigate and resolve technical issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with established standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Working knowledge of RF signals, impedance, power, and frequency behavior
- Proficiency with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters, and SWR bridges
- Ability to read and follow electrical schematics and technical diagrams
- Systematic, methodical approach to diagnosing faults in electronic assemblies
- Accurate and thorough recording of test results and technical observations
- Understanding of electrostatic discharge risks and proper handling procedures
- Working knowledge of Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Clear verbal and written communication when working with engineering and production teams
- Ability to read, write, and interpret work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation in English
- Strong adherence to attendance and reliability standards in a production environment
Required:
· Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience in basic electronics theory
· Ability to read and comprehend electrical schematics and technical documentation in English
· Strong attention to detail with demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work independently and adhere to detailed test procedures
Preferred:
· Prior RF testing or troubleshooting experience
· Experience with ESD handling protocols
· PCB soldering skills, including through-hole and surface mount techniques
· Previous experience in a production, laboratory, or manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:
- Use of hand tools including voltmeters and soldering irons
- Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 65lbs
- Ability to work safely in proximity to water and electrical equipment

Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly Position Pay Range: $22.00 - $28.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Work Location: In-Person – Vineland, NJ 08360 (reliable commute required)

Requirements:
