Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 40 Hours/Week | $19.00–$25.00/hr | Worcester, MA
The Knollwood Nursing Center at The Briarwood Community is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Nursing Team. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week, $19.00–$25.00/hour) is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong patient care and communication skills who is looking to grow in long-term care and rehabilitation. Typical schedule is 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with flexibility based on patient and organizational needs.

Opportunity to work as part of a dedicated care team providing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term support services
Provide direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation while ensuring safety and comfort
Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to the nursing team
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies
Support a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
