Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources
  • Educate potential clients about our high-quality, private pay home care services
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth
  • Conduct in-home assessments to understand client needs and match them with appropriate care solutions
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Sales experience in senior care industry is preferred, Hospice Sales experience is a plus!
  • Clinicians are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Deep understanding of senior care needs and resources available in Austin
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Payrate: $80,000-$95,000 per year depending on experience
