Pride Plumbing is seeking an experienced Plumbing Technician to oversee and execute plumbing installations on new construction projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage job sites efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Lead and perform plumbing installations for new construction projects
• Operate excavator equipment as needed for job site preparation and installations
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Supervise and train apprentices on job sites
• Ensure all work complies with state plumbing codes and company standards
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and legibly
• Perform necessary calculations for plumbing systems and invoicing
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized company vehicle
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project success
• Participate in ongoing training and development

• Proven experience in new construction plumbing
• Ability to read blueprints and perform job-related calculations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead, train, and work well with others
• Professional appearance and punctuality
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members
• Ability to read maps and navigate job locations

• Pay: (based on experience)
• Status: Full-time, hourly
• Schedule:Typically 40 hours per week
  • Standard hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (may vary)
  • On-call rotation required
  • Additional hours as needed to complete projects

• Work performed indoors and outdoors
• Exposure to varying weather conditions and temperature extremes
• Physically demanding role requiring lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces
