Accountabilities:
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap based on customer insights, market research, and business objectives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and wireframes for effective development.
  • Lead end-to-end product development cycles using Agile methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software features.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation, enhancements, and differentiation.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret user feedback and product performance data to continuously improve user experience and engagement.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies that support successful product launches.
  • Monitor product metrics and usage trends to drive ongoing optimization and long-term product success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is considered an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management with a proven track record of launching and scaling software products successfully.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks, with hands-on experience working in Agile environments.
  • Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Confluence.
  • Experience in user research, data analysis, and leveraging insights to guide product decisions and prioritization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining product quality and focus.
