You will serve as the primary point of contact for major retail accounts, building strong relationships with buyers, planners, and marketing teams to maximize product visibility and sell-through performance.
The position combines strategic account planning with hands-on execution, including forecasting, promotions, and in-store execution oversight.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, merchandising, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution across channels.
This is a highly analytical and commercially driven role where insights from data are translated into actionable growth strategies.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned channel partners, managing relationships with key retail accounts and resolving operational and strategic issues.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize sell-through, including pricing, promotions, product placement, and channel initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance using KPIs such as sales growth, promotional ROI, and compliance metrics.
  • Manage forecasting processes including POS and sell-in projections, ensuring alignment with supply chain and merchandising teams.
  • Conduct account audits, including retail store visits and eCommerce reviews, to ensure brand representation and execution quality.
  • Provide product training and support to retail partner teams to strengthen knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Oversee operational execution including order management, pricing accuracy, returns, and MAP compliance monitoring.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, logistics, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless account operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within consumer electronics, retail, or related industries.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-value retail or channel partner accounts.
  • Experience working with retailers, eCommerce platforms, and promotional retail strategies, including product placement and trade marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and strong command of Excel and reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong understanding of consumer electronics product lifecycles and retail channel dynamics.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and work in a remote environment.
