- Design, implement, and manage monitoring and observability systems to detect and resolve production issues efficiently
- Maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure, including AWS deployments, Active Directory, and Windows operating systems
- Implement and optimize DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot microservices, databases, and cloud-based tools
- Collaborate with software engineers and other teams to ensure smooth deployment and operational reliability
- Drive automation initiatives to improve scalability, performance, and operational efficiency
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on cloud operations best practices
- 4+ years of professional experience in Infrastructure Operations, including 2+ years in DevOps or CloudOps roles
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and container orchestration using EKS or similar
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, or PowerShell
- Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and GitOps/CI/CD tools like ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems such as DataDog, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented mindset, and ability to manage projects end-to-end
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-scale environment
- Self-motivated and capable of proactive, strategic thinking
