In this role, you will deliver practical legal expertise on critical issues related to data privacy and the responsible adoption of AI technologies. • Advise on operational privacy matters and applicable regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate data protection and vendor contracts.
• Strengthen governance frameworks in collaboration with GRC teams.
• Support responsible AI governance and conduct vendor diligence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on data privacy and AI adoption.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes impacting data and AI.
• Provide guidance on privacy issues related to tracking technologies.
• Assist with other legal matters as necessary.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 48 years of legal experience focusing on privacy and emerging technologies.
• Understanding of U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA).
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent communication skills with a business-focused approach.
