- Sell supply chain software solutions to new and existing customers.
- Prospect, identify, develop, negotiate, and close new opportunities.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
- Drive the sales process from qualifying leads to closing.
- Exceed sales targets through strategic account management.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and management of sales metrics.
- Present effectively to a variety of stakeholders and departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales cycle.
- 7+ years of successful sales and account executive experience.
- Experience in supply chain and global trade solutions.
- Ability to teach and provide unique insights to customers.
- Expertise in identifying customer business drivers.
- Proven record of influencing customer decisions.
- Self-motivated attitude with a focus on opportunity development.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN).
- Understanding of customer acquisition processes.
- Experience engaging with clients on enterprise software solutions.
- Strong communication skills for proposals and presentations.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Availability for 30 to 50% travel.
- Competitive salary range of $130K - $150K USD annually.
- Commission structure with potential earnings of $260K - $300K OTE.
