- Lead complex capital sales cycles for system upgrades and new platform adoption across assigned hospital accounts, focusing on Federal Government Veterans Affairs (VA) hospitals.
- Develop and execute territory and growth strategies in collaboration with Strategic Initiatives leadership, leveraging analytics and dashboards for account prioritization.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital executives, clinicians, and regional key opinion leaders to drive adoption, advocacy, and revenue growth.
- Implement company-approved strategic initiative pilots to accelerate product adoption and generate measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Capital, IDN, Utilization, Launch, and Clinical teams, to ensure seamless execution and adoption.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing travel, budgets, credentials, and adherence to FDA, Sunshine Act, Quality, and EHS requirements.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in medical device sales, capital equipment, or program sales, preferably in operating room or high-growth environments.
- Proven success selling complex and disruptive surgical technologies and executing growth strategies in healthcare settings.
- Strong experience presenting to hospital executives, senior administrators, and clinical leadership.
- Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and data interpretation for strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated solution-selling, change management, and consultative sales capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, patient impact, and achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time for client engagement and strategic initiatives.
- Competitive base salary of $120,000 annually, with eligibility for bonus/commission and equity.
